RE: cd changer cartridge
Ebay is a great place to look for things like this.
Search for "Range Rover CD Changer"
Also it's probably a Pioneer disc changer, so you may be able to get one from your local stereo or pawn shop.
Look at the top and the door of the changer to see if there a brand name on it.

If you can't get one from the dealer; go to a custom stereo shop and they should be able to look it up for you.
More than likely they will be able to identify it on sight.
Mine is the thin black one that pops out just inside the tail gate on the passenger side and it had a Poineer cartridge in it when I got it.

It is a pioneer and if I had not already sold the one I had I could have provided you with one. I had a pioneer 18 disc changer for my home stereo that died and was able to use the ones from that in the one in my 94 county no problem. Try looking on eBay you might just find what you need for cheap.
PS ADS is the company who made the amp for the subwoofer and also the tweeters and crossovers in the front doors. The deck and the cd changer are Pioneer made. As far as I had found only others used were Clarion & Alpine, I don't know if Alpines are good but the Clarion CD players are not, the Pioneer one I had would never skip, even 4x4ing, wish the 95 4.0 I have now was pioneer instead of clarion

The Pioneer in my 94RRCCLWB never skips either. The ADS also makes for easy amp and sub upgrades with all the wiring going right to the back where you need it. As for Alpine; I have a 5 year old Alpine 12 disc changer in my Cherokee thats mounted to a 12" sub box and it never skips.
Search Ebay for "Pioneer CD Changer" then narrow it down to the 6 disc cartridges.
