have a question for everybody to see if anyone has either done the retrofit or have a good idea where to get a base from to hold the bulb.

i'd really like to add city lights to my rover and disable my parking lamps to give it a UK-spec look. as most of you have probably noticed, our US-spec P38 rovers clearly have the space in the housing for it but its blocked off. not sure why they did this when they left them in for the Discos.

does anyone have a picture of the housing of their UK-spec P38? i'd like to know what the base looks like and what style bulb it uses so i can do the retrofit. i'm assuming it uses a 194 style wedge bulb.

 

I have city lights in my '99 Disco II, it's a 194 Bulb.
