Default Door Handle Sticking

The door handles on my 2001 Range Rover on both the driver and passenger side of the car are getting harder and harder to open. It feels like I am going to rip the handle right out of the door. Any ideas? Is this a common problem for the early 2000 models? Any place you might recommend for replacements?
I did a quick search through the forum, and did not see this in anything... sorry if this is redundant.

Thanks,

Merrick

Default RE: Door Handle Sticking

On My 1991 RR Classic I sometimes have to push on the door then use the handle in order to open it without excessive force. Not a fix but It might help the mechanism last longer.

your best bet is to take to a body shop and have them take the handles off from the inside and re-adjust them. Otherwise, go to a home depot or true value or something- get the graphite lubricant. (kinda like a wd40, but it stays)
