Question Outside door handles sticking.. door bounces back...

This is ridiculous to start with, and I haven't loaded it up with WD-40 just yet..
My truck has been sitting about a year with a busted flex-plate and my slowness to get to work on it.. I have fixed that transmission issue and will post the pics and story soon. (was a hell of a job to do alone) But now that I have the DiscoII back on the road,(and it runs great!) my door handles stay open when I attempt to close. It happens on all doors except the driver door, so I assume its just from sitting and not being used for a year. I have to actually slap the handles closed in order for the door to not bounce back at me..
Question is, is there a simple fix? and is it just spray WD40 or lithuim grease up in there??
Anyone had this issue before? I searched the forums and found nothing so far..
Thanks for help guys!!

First off, good job on the flex plate repair - it's a bear of a project. My Flexplate has cracked in three places.

So yeah, my back barn door has this issue every once in awhile. I typically just shoot WD-40 up in there and work the handle for a few seconds. Try it out, it should do the trick.
