Default Ebrake stuck on '93 Rover

Hello, anyone have any clue how to release a stuck emergency brake? I just bought the truck and now she's stuck in my driveway! Thanks!

Since there are no other posts ... the ebrake locks the differential - not the brakes - so if you crawl underneath, you may find a cable to squirt with WD40. LOL.

Look for the frozen lever on the side of your transfer box.

Found the lever on the upper portion of the brake drum behind the transfer case. I lubed with liquid wrench and used a long bar and pried the lever back. I am mobil again! Thanks!
