Default RE: Emissions help

I replaced the cap, rotor, plugs, and wires this weekend and she still smells like rotten eggs from the tail pipe. The engine still doesn't sound so hot like its been sitting around for 5 years without being run (in reality it was only a year). Not sure what I should do now besides cleaning the plenum chamber and hopefully not replacing the cat. I haven't cleaned the injectors (not sure how) or the o2 sensors (new this year). Any suggestions?
