I have the exact same problem on my 98 RR SE...passenger side climate control works fine, driver side does not blow any heat, though it does blow cold. book/exclaimation point light is on. dealer said needs ATC COntrol head and possibly door actuators. I am hoping to get it fixed under my extended warranty (non-LR).
