sounds like is 4000 dollars too expensive. dealers think they can get top dollar for these trucks because of the name when in reality they sell for a lot less then the Kelly Blue Book value if you look on Craigslist and drive a bunch of them before you buy 1

I would have to agree the prices in KBB do not take into account that gas is $4 a gallon amd no one is buying bigger SUVs.

I just bought a 1999 Range Rover with 113k for 2200 dollars. Good Condition. It needed 600 dollars put in the transfer case. I have about 2800 total in it, and it runs great. Other than the head liner falling, no other real issues. You can get a mint one from an individual for about 4500. I bought mine to 4x4 in, so it was perfect for what I needed! I'd say yours is over priced.

www.stateseek.com will help you search all of cl for one state for "Rover", outputs by metro area, so you don't have to drive from Houston to El Paso, etc.

Definitely way too much. You can easily get a very clean P38 for less than $5k. Paying anything more is a waste because you will never get it out of it. My '97 Vitesse is an extremely rare color and I still got it for $4k a couple years back.
