I need help.

1) Recently had front bumper work done to my RR to take off front auxilary lights and brush gaurd. A few days later a problem. When I turn my lights on the instrument cluster lights temperature control lights stay on for about two seconds then go dim. The lights on steering wheel and navigation continue to work properly. Any ideas? Auto body shop says it is nothing they did.

2) Coolant was approximately 1/2 gallon low. See no leak spots in my garage. Is this normal?
