Help with mudding
I have been mudding in my 1990 Range Rover. Why do some of the wheels not spin when I am stuck. It is 4-wheel drive (I actually can't switch it to 2-wheel drive). Also, any advice on off-roading??
Is it one front wheel and one rear that spins, it's because we have open differentials. I'm assuming yours does not have traction control to help so getting some lockers or at least a limited slip should help
All 4wheel drive trucks have only 2 wheels that will spin unless you have lockers, wether it is a J--P or a Toyo.
Some of the new Range Rovers had locking center diffs and sometimes rear diffs which helped put more traction to the ground, depends on the year built.
