Help with Rims and Side Mirrors

Hey guys. First off I just got an 04 RR HSE over the summer. My side mirrors are scratched from shipped and thought I would get new ones. the dealership told me some rediculous amount to get new ones (They also told me it would be running up around 2 grand to replace my glove box) so I just said screw it. Well I was trying to find some replacements and Im not having any luck. I found a bunch of chrome mirror covers, some for 170 a pair, but they are for 05 and up. I have only found one set and they are like 300 dollars on ebay. Does anyone know where I could get some, even nonchrome ones for a reasonable price?
Second, I am wanting some new wheels for my RR. I am thinking about some 22 inch Range Stormer rims with the gun metal finish. Anyone know where to get some at a good price? I contacted a guy today who said around 1250 for 4. Does anyone have any other rim suggestions?
