Default Hopefully soon to be new Range Rover owner with questions

Hello All
I have been reading around and learning as much as I can and I am going to look at an 89 RR this weekend. It has a rebuilt motor with approx. 10k miles, 215k on vehicle, CDL out of a Disco, fresh paint, fresh tune up, new brakes and tires, 2" OME lift. Looks new on the exterior, interior is okay.
$ 3800.00 O.B.O.

What do you all think? Does this seem like a decent deal? Anything I should look out for?

What state are you in and how is the rust in that area? The rust on the vehicle will be a big factor in determining the value. If it is nearly rust free like it might be if it were from the southwest, it seems it could be a fair price. If it were rusted, it's not clear to me what you would be getting for the money.

if all is as said it does not sound like a bad deal, rebuild engine, d2 tranfer case, replaced coils, new paint, tires, brakes.

check the spare tire well for water a know water leak,
check the ac panel to see if the is a picture of a open book on the display
check the fuse box under the hood especially under the # 7 relay
