Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a factory Winch Mount & Cover for a P38? Any leads would be greatly appreciated. Below is a link for pictures and info about the mount. Cheers!

Good luck! They're extremely hard to come by. Occasionally they show up on ebay. Otherwise your best bet is probably to try and find one on a used Rover.

Are you still running the air suspension, may not be enough to keep that weight from pulling the front end down.
