I think you know this as well as anyone - if you go high level, what we refer to as the "30,000 foot view," the LR navigation is fairly sustainable and accurate - showing major landmarks, water, etc (ie, it's perfect in and around the Lincoln and Holland tunnels and GW, 95-to CT, etc) but when you drill down for detail - if you really were ignorant enough to count on it - it probably would kill you.

Fortunately most of us who use this site, or even can afford these cars - grew up in an era where you knew where you were going before you got in the car.

I did think that was pretty neat, I've seen this before. The LR3 has enough instruments to qualify it for VFR (visual flight rules, 3miles visibility or more) flight, but its 5k lbs with no wings lol.
