Hi there everyone,
I have a 1996 4.0 SE. I was reading in the manual about "lazy locking" via the remote. I tried it and it doesn't work. All my windows and sunroof are set and the remote works perfectly well. Does anyone have any idea where to start looking? It sounds like a really cool feature and I would love to use it. Anyone?

I think lazy locking was only available on UK models and a few other exported models. Pretty sure NAS models didn't get the function.

No problem. Sorry it's not a better answer but when I got my P38 I had the same problem. You'd think they would at least specify in the manual that it wasn't available on NAS models. Kind of puzzles me as to why the NAS models didn't get it.

 

I wonder if the dealer can enable the feature using their Testbook software?? Anyone know?
