Default Lifting a p38

I have a 1999 p38 4.0L which I ONLY use offroad for fun. It had the coil spring conversion done by previous owner and I'm pretty sure it is stock height springs. My question is since I already have the conversion in place, What is the cheapest/best way to lift the truck and how much can I lift before I need to make other changes? Im needing some more ground clearance when I'm off in the woods. My front & back bumpers are gonna have to go too. They are getting beat up really badly.
