Default Low Mileage RRC LSE for sale $1000

I went and had a look at this truck today. It has very low miles and a perfect frame. The body has barely any rust and it would make a great project truck for somebody. It needs a fuel pump and probably an oil pump to be drivable. I don't have the space for a project so I think I am going to pass but hopefully someone will pick it up. The LSE was a limited edition and the top of the line model for 1992, only 400 were made for the US market. I would hate to see this truck parted out.

It was just yesterday that I went and saw it. I got the impression that the guy would probably let it go for somewhere between 500-750. He doesn't use it anymore and it is just taking up room in his airplane hangar. His mother in law bought the truck new and then when she got something else it got moved up to TN as a spare car to keep at his vacation house. It has around 82K miles and the interior is in very good shape compared to the similar trucks I have looked at.

HA!

Truck looks really clean, would definitely be a good candidate for rehab.

A fuel pump isn't bad, but what makes you think it needs an oil pump? I'm seriously thinking about it...

It's just a shame its so far away, its going to cost about a grand to ship it .

The owner said he had a mechanic look at it a while ago and was told it had low oil pressure. I'm not sure if the light was just on or if it was checked with a real gauge. Because if the fuel pump issue I wasn't able to run it to try and diagnose. He did say he hasn't run it for long since he was told about the oil pressure. So even if it is a bad pump the internals are probably still ok.
