(Range Rover Sport 06)Just purchased used a week ago,not under warranty.. Any help guys?

 

Hi there, I have a similiar problem. I have tried installing a new dvd but its still reading map dvd read error.. If you get anywhere please let me know, I will also do the same if I get it sorted

 

pull out the nav unit and check for water corrosion. If its there then its a new unit for 2500. plus the telephone module has corrosion. You have to add a water shredder behind it to prevent further water intrusion.

 

Did you say you have the update discs still
