My fan blower motor relay keeps blowing? Help!!!
My relay for my A/C & Heating fan blower motor keeps blowing about every 2 weeks. There is a brown burnt mark where the relay inserts. Someone please tell me what to do about this??
Thanks,

Easiest and quickest way would be replacement of the entire fusebox assembly. Might look for a used one where RL7 isn't damaged.
If you're electrically inclined rangerovers.net has a fairly detailed walkthrough for repairing the circuit board but it appears to be a pretty time consuming job (why I bought a new box).

There's 2 relays for the fan blowers under the hood, is only one blowing? Are you actually installing a new one each time? Put a new one in each slot - NAPA carries these for about $24 each. If there's any corrosion around the "burnt" spot try to rub it off with a small wire brush. When this happens, are you getting the "notebook" symbol on your climate control system? Also, there's one fuse if I recall correctly under the passenger seat for the climate control, make sure you have the right one in there, and a good one.
I have to replace one of mine about twice per year - the burnt mark has been there for years.
