I would go to NAPA and buy a block tester its 50.00 with this you can easily see if combustion vapors are coming out of the coolant bottle the blue fluid in the tester turns yellow if there is a leak
IE blown head gasket, cracked head, cracked block

 

i have the engine apart waiting for the money to finish it , the sleeves are ok and the heads are ready i would post pict . thanks
