I am installing Satellite Radio and i'm having trouble locating where the antenna is in the truck so i can install the FM transmitter? Any ideas where this is located?

Should be in one of the side windows in the cargo area. Can't remember which one...

My satelitte radio has the FM transmitter inside the unit and I just pick which frequency I want from the menu, then I pick it on the radio and it works.

Is that the antena that you are talking about or are you talking about the satelitte reciever antenna?

The old sat radios had a very strong FM transmitter signal. The new ones are dummied down & you have to install a wire near the trucks antenna. Its annoying. I have had Sat. Radio for a long time now. The older ones were a lot stonger than the new ones.

I use the cassette adapter and just leave it plugged in. I ran the wire from the sat radio unit to the cassette deck behind the radio console for a clean look. I couldn't get the fm frequency thing to sound very good. It sounds a lot better running through the cassette deck.
