Range Rover Technicians
Is it possible to convert, modify or upgrade the front end of the2003 Range Rover to look like the 2005 Range Range Rover sport? That is changing the headlights, grill and front bumper? Is there a kit for it?

Yes. However, you would need a new bumber, grill, and headlights since they're completely different on the RRS and full size. Would be pretty costly and require some degree of skill. I don't believe there is a kit for this conversion, although I may be incorrect.

You can get sport design grills and gills from http://roverconnection.com Not sure on actually changing the whole front end though.
