I heated it up real good with a hair dryer, then used fishing line to pull behind it. Whatever adhesive is left behind is easily removed with a rag lightly dipped is gasoline. Soap and water afterward. It's a simple job. If you are talking about the HSE letters on the MkIII, those come off even easier. I didn't find the need to use anything as mechanically harsh as a screw driver.
