Default Repair Question

I have a chance to purchase a 2002 Land Rover Range Rover. I Have always wanted one but everyone is telling me to avoid it because they break down and they cost to much to repair... anyone have feedback on this??

If you can do the work yourself they are no more expensive or difficult to work on than anything else and I would recommend it. If you have to take it to the dealer for everything they can be very expensive and I wouldn't recommend one. I have owned for of them and have driven a total of 250k miles and have yet to take one to the dealer or repair shop.

I would agree, if you can do the repairs, it the same as any other vehicle.
No need to be a LR mechanic you just need manual and to ask for directions on the forums
