RR 2002 - Have to shift to GEAR 1 prior to DRIVE to get the truck moving

Hello everyone

I am a new member and badly need your help.
My RR 02 doesn't move unless I shift to gear 1 prior to shifting to Drive.
It's been like this for a while.

Its probably the transmission ECU, or the linkage. Have you checked the transmission fluid condition?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I checked the transmission fluid and it seems OK. Any other thought please?
