Default Rubber Floormats

The Range Rover is the first car I have owned with rubber floor mats. The one thing I noticed is that they get filthy quickly and it made me think how disgusting my (black) carpeted floor mats are in my other cars that I never wash.

I really like the rubber mats as they are easy to clean, I don't care if my shoes are muddy and they really don't ever smell bad.

They are great aren't they? I just hose mine down every week or so and they're good as new! Funny thing is in the summer i'll throw the carpet ones in and end up cleaning them really often precisely because i've noticed how quickly the rubber ones get dirty lol

You can also wash the carpet mats. I take mine the the car wash and use the high pressure hose first with soap then rinse. You'll be amazed at how much dirt comes out. Take them home and let them dry fully before reinstalling on your floor. In the winter I keep them (the carpet one's) at home so they don't get trashed from the salt and snow.

At first I wasn't sure I would like a rubber floor mat in a high end carbut they are great and even add to the ruggedness aspect of the vehicle.
