Anyone know how long you can expect the original stock range rover sport battery to last?

Is it common for the dealership to replace the battery as part of the reconditioning process that is required to certify a pre-owned RR?

 

As far a the life I think it is 3 years, they would most likely only replace it if it did not meet spec levels

 

Depends on how the battery is used/abused, if you drain the battery all the way down numerous times chances are it will shorten the life of it, which is what happened to mine in my RR. LRs have a tendency to eat them up rather quick though, especially the older ones like mine . I have a battery in one of my other cars that is 5 years old and going on 6 and is still as strong as it was when it was new.
