Hey, I was wondering how you accessed the sunroof panel.

Nice work looks good.I just painted mine no muss no fuss and never a saggy headliner again!

Looks good....was just quoted $600 to have the headliner in our old P38 replaced from a local upholstery shop. Daughter drives it now and when the windows are down or sunroof open - it pretty much just fills with air. If you lived close I'd give you a retainer.

I haven't done the sunroof yet. I'll be doing it soon.

great write up, quick question why not wrap the pillars in suede?

I liked the contrast of the black with the mocha suede. I have some leftover suede which I might use to wrap the pillars.

Where did you find 58" material? I went to Joann and several other fabric stores and the widest I can find is 54". Does anybody know if 54" will work? It looks close to me.

I heard you have to have 60 inches... but it depends on the make model... just an fyi... might need to go to a real upholstery supply shop to get one big enough

I'm capping the price tag of the job at $200 plus material cost. I'll remove the headliner, clean it up, reupholster it, and reinstall it. I'll also remove the pillars, strip them, paint them, and reinstall them.

Someone let me know if that's asking too much

I wish you was a bit closer to London ! my P38 could well do with your service :-)
