Default Tire Pressure?

What tire pressures are you running? The placard on the door says 28 front and 38 rear. That sounds pretty low for the fronts.

BTW this is for an 02 HSE

I agree, it seems low to me too. I tested it at that pressure and also at 36 psi and didn't find any difference. Since I do a lot of highway driving I keep front and rear at 36psi. The most important thing is to stay within the specs of the tires. The max PSI can be found on the sidewall.

Thanks. I realized I hadn't adjusted the tire pressure after I rotated the tires and it seemed to ride and handle fine. I will bump it back up to 36 lbs or so.

I run mine at the pressure indicated on the door. I figure that a lot of testing went into coming up with those pressures.
