Default Towing

I have a 1995 Range Rover SE. The class III hitch top sits 32 inches above pavement. I need a ball mount and wiring harness. So:'
- Which harness do I need to get?
- How much of a drop would work out for most trailers?

I need to help my fiancee move and want to be prepared, because I know she needs a trailer. It would be average sized enclosed, so if anyone has advice... I have to fetch her out of a podunk town that might not have a lot of options for purchasing tow accessories.

I have a 2002 P38, here is what I bought.

Trailer Wiring & Towing Kit - Flat-4 Wiring Harness, 2-Inch Tow Ball & 2-Inch Drop Hitch Receiver Ball Mount - Land Rover tow accessories from Atlantic British

The 4 ping connector works with pretty much any us trailer rental. It's lead is long enough that I skipped the cutting of the body grommet and I just run it out the tailgate when I use it. When not in use it gets coiled up and stashed in the access panel by the emergency fuel door release.
