whats the widest & biggest tire i can put on factory 16" rim for a 94 rover county lwb without cutting or any other modifications?

 

I am not sure of the exact correct answer but I will shoot form the hip. I think that it will accept a 32" tall tire with a width of about 11". You can always go taller but skinnier easier than width. The turning radius is the issue along with full stuffed clearance in the fender well.
