Upgraded nav to MKIV, lost voice

Upgraded nav to MKIV, lost voice
I just upgraded my 2002 RR nav from a MKIII to a BMW MKIV. While it is a good unit, I lost a couple of things, including the voice instructions that I had with the MKIII. Anyone else upgrade to the MKIV?
