Default Vibreation when hitting bump

Hi, I need HELP!! "subject matter expert advise" I'm still haveing problems w/my 99 rr hse 4.6, when on the high-way @ normal speed and the RR hits a bump or an uneven pavement it starts to vibreate and wobbling. I press on the brakes and control the steering and its back to normal.

I replaced the front shocks, new bags last yr. suspension is tight and all torques check & lube, there seems to be minor rubber worn from the stabilizer links. Wheels balance, alignment done.

could it be the vibreation is due to the change in hight while driving (standard to high-way mode)? I'm want to correct the problem before I sell it. (its giving me alot of gray hair)

Please help[]

How long has it been since you rotated your tires for wear and replaced your steering stabilizer which if it has over 50,000 miles on it is shot?

Possible steering gear wear, may want to look at the adjustment there and also look at the steering shaft from the steering wheel down to the gear box.
I can't remember, do you have swivel joints on your truck or CV joints?
