Default Well I did it now........... first Land Rover !

I won't have until middle of next week. 1995 Range Rover Country LWB. It only got 124k , already converted to coils (stock height). Only issues I'll have to address when I get it will be the cloth only on the sunroof slider cover and it may need an ignition switch assy.

I am very excited , always wanted one! Now the list of mods can begin!
I'm sure I ll have plenty of questions for all of you, please be patient with me.

Thanks to All !

Every time I see a LWB I think I should find one and buy it. Welcome to the club and always come here first with questions before you start spending money on things.

ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGg !!!!

Originally supposed to pick it up last Wed. Delayed , waiting for front wheel brgs. Thursday , stop in , engine "ticking" noise, he orders a set of lifters.
Fri. call him , it will be done Sat around noon. Today at noon , finishes kifter install , sounds better but "tick" still there! Defiantly valve train noise. Either worn rocker , or rocker shaft. Another wait.............Argggggg!
The only thing keeping me in the deal , is gave us a loaner car until its ready. If he is going to keep replacing parts I quess thats good for me. I won't have to do it later! I like the guy , very kewl , down to earth , decent guy to deal with!

Oh yea, also getting in the deal ANOTHER 95 Ranger rover , less engine! Body is junk, headliner junk , transfer needs a viscous coupler. But all kinds of good parts , wheels , interior , transmission , axles, all glass is good!

I have spares , Yessah!
