Default What happens to Lemon Law cars?

You will all remember the lemon Range Rover that I posted from you tube (link below). I started wondering what happens to cars that come back to the dealership under the lemon law.

I read a few things but I read that there is an entire market for lemon law vehicles called lemon law recycling. I found this to be very interesting but wondered if the legality of resale varies from state to state.

Does anyone know?

When i was looking for my range there was one at a rover dealership in ohio that was 6 thousand cheaper than other similar range at that dealer ship and near by dealer ships. when i ran the vin in autocheck or carfax(can't remeber wich one) it was listed as brought back by dealer per lemon law.

Wow, I can't believe an official Land Rover dealership would resell one. I could understand one of those random side of the road shops but not LR as it sure could hurt their rep.

Thank goodness for carfax!

All manufacture will sell some of them, the titles are written to show a buy back, all warranty and legal responsibilty back to the manufacture is written off.
