Default 00 Discovery Misfire

I'm looking for thoughts and suggestions on a problem with my 00 Discovery II.

Problem began with an occassional engine miss under accelLeration about one month back. Check engine light would be set, but would clear without further problem. I thought maybe it was just some bad gas.

Now, I have very rough idle and a definite engine miss when in drive. The check engine light is flashing and the following codes are set:
P0306 - Cylinder 6 Misfire
P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire
P0300 - Multiple Cylinder Misfire

I changed the plugs, which did not correct the problem. I am now thinking possibly the coil pack?

Any other experience with this type problem?

Thanks,
Scott

Scott, welcome !
Carefully check each spark plug end of your wires. Look for Grey carbon build up. Other possibilities include coil packs and ex valve stick.

Did you replace your ignition wires? We have lots of problems with the wires where the connect to the plugs.
When you replace the wires, I suggest installing the Magnecor Wires. Probable a bad wire is arching..
