Neither rear window will work. Switches seem fine, everything else works on the center console so I find it odd they BOTH don't work. Any ideas of how to troubleshoot this?

Could it also be related to the fact that the courtesy lights don't work either?

These are my only electrical issues on this vehicle so I am assuming that I have a bad relay or something.

Last - does anyone have a troubleshooting guide on the heated seats? Passenger is fine but Driver is bugging most of the time and the switch on the dash no longer lights up.
