1995 Defender Fuel Pump Relay Location?

Can anyone point me to where the fuel pump relay is in a '95 NAS 90? I just replaced the fuel pump and it's still not coming on. Something tells me I should have checked the relay first... now where is that little booger?

Here is a link to the workshop manual. Looks like you should start on pages 129 and 136.

Page 435 suggests it is in the RH toe box area.

After downloading the document you can search (Cntrl+F) "fuel injection relay".
