Both my turn signals came on at the same time and I can't shut them off unless I pull the 15a fuse in the fuse panel under steering wheel. The hazards still work however. I turned right and both signals came on and won't shut off. Help!!! Short??

 

rough guess would be turn signal switch

 

Not sure about the RRC but in a D1 that might indicate the inertia switch needs to be reset.
