Default 1998 Discovery Fuel Pump problem

Hey i have a 98 discovery and there is no power getting to the fuel pump. The fuel pump still works but there is no power getting to the pump itself. I was wondering what would be some reasons for this. I know one of the problems may be the relay switch for it but i do not know where that is? Does anyone know where the relay switch is for the fuel pump.

Thanks,

Taylor
