Hey all,

Just got this otherwise fabulous 99 Disco II.

Neither front not rear wipers, nor washers work at all. Fuses checked.

I was leaning towards looking at relays but couple of folks suggested it might be BCU.

Other apparent electrical issues are:
traction control light on
downhill descent light on
abs light on
headlights go dim when fog light button depressed

any ideas or recommendations welcomed

The headlights go dim part makes me think you have a power or a ground problem. Maybe some corrosion somewhere?

For the lights on part... google 3 amigos. You'll have hours of fun reading. You'll need to get your codes read with a land rover capable scanner to troubleshoot them.
