hey guys i just bought a 99 discovery series 11 that runs well but it has issues , the abs tc and hill descent light is on i mean always on i realized that the abs modulator which is on the left side of the engine bay it has no power coming to it the fuse is good i replacedthe relay also anyone has any idea what i should check or do next please let me know thanks

 

Welcome to the group, I also have a 99 D2, how many miles on your truck?
As for the ABS, the only way to trouble shoot it is with a lap top scanner like the dealers Test Book or something similar to an Auto Logic scanner.
You probably have no power to it cause the ECU has shut it down. If you throw a hard stop, do you feel the brake pedal pulsate?
