Pull out the cruise control button assembly below the clock. It should slide out easy. The clock was a little tricky for me, but you can just pry it out. Be Careful! The bulb on the clock does not come out of the base. There is a black plastic base that just turns a quarter turn and pops out. You can get a bulb at the dealer for around $7, but I think Atlantic British carries them too. Don't waste your time with regular auto parts stores, they will just try to pry out the bulb, break it, and then try to sell you something you don't need to replace it.

There are 4 panel retaining clips holding it in, The workshop manual was not very helpful on removing this. Someone else may have a trick or 2 to get it out. You can pull the switch assembly and the ashtray to reveal 4 screws holding in the drink tray. The WS manual says to remove it, but I didn't. Might make it easier.

Hope this helps! Good Luck
Jason
