The right rear air spring was deflating usually when parked, and occasionally when driving. I replaced it yesterday. The springs inflated for about a minute, both deflated and won't inflate. It is worse now than before. Any idea what I did wrong?

The springs are inflating about 4 inches and then deflating to the stops both sides. I can hear the compressor turning on and off. The light on the dash is flashing.
