I'm stumped. KOER means Key on/Engine running to me (not a joke... I've heard that before) but I've never seen that anywhere in or on my Disco. Is that a code your reader gave you? Where is that coming from?

Its a code from safety and emissions test. I was told that bc of the misfire it kept the check engine light on. It should turn off after I have it reset. Thank you so much for all of your help!!

Oh, a sneaky emissions test code. Yep, reset it and you should be good to go.

If you don't have a code reader that reset codes well, shame on you because you have a land Rover and every land Rover owner needs one! But you can just disconnect the battery and tie the positive and negative connectors together with a zip tie or tape (be sure they don't touch the battery) for a few hours to drain any capacitors and it will be like new when you reconnect it all. Good luck!

I got a code reader and reset the codes. I am now getting a P1590 ABS rough road signal circuit malfunction. Possible causes: Faulty ABS Control Module, Faulty ABS Control Module Wiring/Connector, Faulty ECM Wiring/Connector. Do you know what this code is or how to fix it? I haven't found anything.

I second that. Only way I got 1590 to go away was with new hubs, even after replacing the ABS sensors.
