Default 2002 RR P38 blower motor left side

I need to replace my left side blower motor. I have located a used on on E-Bay that I will buy. Now I need help with getting to the fan.

Jeez its a real pain... Are you sure the fan needs to be replaced? its common for that red wire's connector to get burned up due to clogged pollen filters leading to excessive amperage draw. Bad fan relays? burned up fusebox? The fuse box in my 98' toasted itself, I wound up cutting the wires off the connectors and used 2 new relays outside of the box...
