2004 discovery overheating

i have 04 discovery 4.6 32k idles 30 minutes and gauge goes to red new tsat correct antifreeze leak down test cold 150 hot 150 where do i go now help

First a coolant pressure test then a chemical block test.
Is your truck out of warranty and did you do a proper coolant bleed after replacing the t/stat?
