2004 Range Rover misfire on cold start

2004 Range Rover misfire on cold start
Okay I have replaced plugs and coil packs and pcv valve. For the first 30 seconds of a cold start I have multiple cylinder missfires then it goes away. after 30 seconds the idle fluctuates but the SES light clears and goes off. As soon as it warms up idle stabilizes. 2004 Range Rover 4.4. Please help

What are the multiple misfires?
Are the misfires beside each other?.
