Speak English man!!!

Have you checked for coolant loss?
Is the fan clutch working properly?
I assume the temp gauge stays in the normal range?
Have you hooked up a live data scanner to see the actual engine temp?
It sounds to me as if it is just plain old getting to hot for whatever reason.
I'm not sure where the thermostat is located on this thing (we dont have diesels here in the US)

thanks for reply spike coolant level is fine and according to gauge its not over heating i must get it onto a computer to find out if it is. When the gauge goes to its highest point the engine makes a loud cluncking noise when its ticking over but if it is revved it sounds fine??

Will it overheat if you let it?
It should never get hot enough to get the gauge past the half way mark.
That clunking sound you hear is the oil getting to thin because it is to hot.
Start checking the cooling system for problems, do a coolant flush, replace the thermostat.
It is def overheating.
