Hi, I just joined this group and just bought a 2012 Range Rover HSE

I have a question about connecting my iPhone 6s.. When trying to connect either mine or my wife's phone via USB I get "Device Error"

Is the 6S compatible with the 2012 RR? Surprising there is no blue tooth available other than phone calls, although the Waze app comes through the speakers somehow.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

 

L322 Range Rovers, even in the final generation 2010-2012, have practically zero phone integration. The USB port will read media files from something like a USB stick, but not from a device. It will charge however.

The only integration available is to an actual Ipod using the factory Ipod cable. Even then the interface is pretty terrible.

There are aftermarket options for installing a Bluetooth audio receiver in place of the AUX port, but nothing that can be controlled through the dash touch screen.

 

Get the Bovee (available online). I have it and really like it.
